Pets. People are always looking for others to pet sit - or walk - or bathe their pets.

Homes. Clean houses, do yard work, paint, maintenance, handy man stuff.

People. Offer to help cook meals, or run errands. Offer to iron clothes. Baby sit. Sit with an adult with a health issue or the elderly.

Freelance. The internet is full of opportunity for people with skills. Writers. Graphic designers. Build websites. Proofread and edit copy. Build links. Teach (many sites are in need of online instructors in all areas.)

Odd jobs. Look at your help wanted ads. Ask in grocery stores and fast food restaurants if they are hiring. Often you can find an odd, albeit not high paying, job. But it's a job and it will earn you enough to hopefully make it until you can find a better paying job.
